I have had the pleasure of photographing Fiona's beautiful family several times now and the latest time was way back in March for a Daffodil Mini sitting in Normanston Park! Every year I would see a beautiful patch of Daffodils growing at the top of Normanston Park and I would say that next year I will photograph in them, and this year I managed to.
It was a bright sunny day and even though the sun was getting in everyone's eyes, luckily Niyah & Leon had their amazing hats! You may also notice that they brought along the latest member of their family, it was a pleasure to meet Houdini! Don't you just want to squish her cheeks.

It is sometimes very challenging to shoot in such a wide open space. There were barely any clouds in the sky to give us a break, so the sun was beating down on us.
I love this image of Fiona, Niyah and Houdini, it is so important that as Mums we are present in our children's memories. They will look back in years to come and see you in the photos and be really happy that you were there.
I am opening my 2024 books very soon and will be doing Daffodil Minis again in March.
