What to Expect
Portraits before the mess
We’ll start with some lovely portraits of you all individually, and yes Mum and Dad, you’re in them too. Once everyone’s had their turn, we’ll move on to group and family shots in a natural, relaxed way.
Then the fun begins
An easel will be set up with six neon coloured paints, ready for you to create a masterpiece together. You’ll make artwork you can take home as a souvenir of your session.
Once the canvas is done, it’s time to get messy. You’re encouraged to splash, toss and throw paint at each other and embrace the chaos. The paints are non-toxic, washable and vibrant, so you can enjoy yourself without worry.
This is all about family, fun and colour — perfect for families who want playful, energetic images that actually reflect how you laugh and play together.
Embrace the mess
We’ll begin with some beautiful portraits of everyone individually, Mum included, no excuses.
After that, we’ll bring everyone together for group and family shots before things get wonderfully messy.
Fair warning to parents, you’ll be right in the middle of it all. These sessions are about laughing, playing and making memories together.
Let’s get painting
This is where the fun really starts.
An easel will be set up with six bright neon paints, ready for you to splat, splash and create your very own canvas masterpiece. This artwork is yours to take home afterwards as a colourful reminder of your session.
Once the canvas is finished, it’s time to fully embrace the mess.
The paints are non toxic and washable, so there’s no need to worry about skin, clothes or the occasional curious hand finding its way to a mouth. I encourage you to chase each other, throw paint, laugh loudly and have as much fun as possible. The messier, the better.

Where do these sessions take place?
Paint Fight sessions usually happen on the beach or in a field at Gunton Woods — outdoor locations that give space and atmosphere to the fun.
What kind of paint do you use and is it safe?
I use Scola Artmix fluorescent paint, a thick, vibrant, water-based paint used in schools and creative settings. It’s wheat and gluten free, so it’s safe even if a little accidentally ends up in mouths.
What should we wear?
I recommend plain tops — white or black T-shirts work really well. The paint splashes look striking against simple colours, and matching outfits help unify the look of your images.
